Centrex has installed five new Linenweb Uniform Conveyor Systems in Australia through our partnership with Hiemac Industries. These systems provide complete uniform conveyor control along with a comprehensive uniform management system with RFID tracking for customer employees and contract staff. These installations are at Perth Western Australia, Melbourne Victoria, Sydney New South Wales and Gold Coast Queensland.
In Western Australia, the Linenweb Uniform Conveyor System was installed on a Hiemac conveyor installation at the new luxury Westin Hotel in downtown Perth. This system is integrated with the Westin ID card system and has full conveyor control, RFID tracking of all uniform items and Impinj X-Array overhead system to track uniform movements to and from the external laundry.
In Victoria, the Linenweb Uniform Conveyor System was installed on a Hiemac conveyor installation at the new luxury Ritz Carlton Hotel in downtown Melbourne. This system is integrated with the Ritz Carlton HR System and ID card system and has full conveyor control, RFID tracking of all uniform items and Impinj X-Array overhead system to track uniform movements to and from the external laundry.
Also in Victoria, the Linenweb Uniform Conveyor System has also been installed on a Hiemac conveyor installation at the new Dorsett Hotel, close by the Ritz Carlton in downtown Melbourne. This system is similar to the Ritz Carlton system with full RFID tracking and ID Card integration, but uses an Impinj X-Portal system to track uniform movements back and forth to the external laundry.
In New South Wales, the Linenweb Uniform Conveyor System has been installed on a Hiemac conveyor installation at the new luxury Capella Hotel in downtown Sydney. The Capella Hotel is situated in a beautiful 100 year old sandstone building close to Circular Quay which was formerly the State Government head office for Department of Education. The building has been fully renovated and is now one of the top luxury hotels in Sydney. The Linenweb system provides full RFID tracking, ID Card integration and uniform management for the Capella staff and contractors, using an Impinj X-Array system to track uniform movements to and from the external laundry.
In Queensland, the Linenweb Uniform Conveyor System was installed on a multiple Hiemac conveyor installation at the new luxury Langham Gold Coast Hotel on the beachfront in Surfers Paradise. This system is integrated with the Langham Hotel HR System and ID card system and has full conveyor control of the conveyors and RFID tracking of all uniform items. Laundry movements are tracked through RFID soiled uniform chutes and RFID real-time inventory monitoring on each conveyor.
The Centrex partnership with Hiemac continues to develop, with many more sites quoted across Australia, South-east Asia and Middle East.
